A two-sided platform connecting employers and a recruitment agency on one backend — with AI-assisted matching and every placement tracked from first application to hire.
The challenge
The agency was juggling applications and placements across email and spreadsheets, with no shared space for employers. They wanted candidates matched faster and every placement tracked end to end, on one platform instead of many tools.
What I built
Two connected portals — one for employers, one for the agency — sharing a single backend. AI-assisted matching helps surface the right candidates, and applications and placements are tracked from first contact through to hire.
How it works
Every build starts with a short requirements document, then ships in phases so working software lands early instead of in one big reveal. It's built on a modern, reliable stack — Next.js and TypeScript — so it's fast, fully responsive, and easy to extend, with existing data carried across and role-based access where it's needed.
The outcome
Employers and the agency working on one platform, faster candidate matching, and full visibility of every placement from application to hire. (Client details kept confidential.)
