The challenge
Enrolment, daily attendance, billing, and parent communication were handled across paper and disconnected tools. Staff re-entered the same information in several places, and keeping parents informed took constant manual effort.
What I built
A single management system covering enrolment, daily attendance, staff, and billing, with a clear channel to keep parents in the loop. Day-to-day admin happens in one place instead of across separate files.
How it works
Every build starts with a short requirements document, then ships in phases so working software lands early instead of in one big reveal. It's built on a modern, reliable stack — Next.js and TypeScript — so it's fast, fully responsive, and easy to extend, with existing data carried across and role-based access where it's needed.
The outcome
Enrolment, attendance, and billing run from one system, far less duplicated data entry, and a clearer, more reliable line of communication with parents. (Client details kept confidential.)
